These classes work the entire body while continuing to focus on core strength and balance. Various apparatus (reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Mat, Pull System, and Barrels) are used to lengthen and strengthen your body while decompressing the spine.
At least one private session is required before signing up for semi-private sessions. Additional private sessions may be required at the discretion of the instructors.
Semi private classes are a maximum of 3 people per class. Scheduled by appointment only.

This is where it all began! These challenging, yet fun, classes are designed to implement Pilates principles on the floor. They are superb for all levels, beginner through advanced. These classes are especially important and valuable since the exercises performed are easy to replicate at home or while traveling.
All cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours will require full payment.
